About User Interviews
User Interviews is a platform that helps teams find and manage participants for user research. It simplifies recruiting, scheduling, and incentivizing, making it easy for teams to connect with the right users. Companies can run moderated and unmoderated studies efficiently using its panel and targeting tools.
My Role
I was a Senior Product Designer on a team of 3, working on onboarding, roles, billing, and access features. I led user flows, wireframes, and usability tests. I also helped scale the design system and improve design ops.
Selected quality projects
Email Themes Editor
This project introduced a customizable email theme editor for recruiters to personalize participant communications with their own branding, colors, and tone. The goal was to move away from generic, system-generated emails and create engaging, on-brand experiences for participants.
Through user research and iterative design, we developed a flexible interface that allows users to edit templates visually or with HTML/CSS. This not only improved brand consistency across research projects but also increased participant engagement and response rates.

In-app Pricing
I worked on optimizing the in-app pricing page to improve clarity and increase upgrade engagement. The design aimed to help users quickly compare plans, understand the value of each tier, and feel confident about upgrading. We applied best practices in layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy to guide attention and reduce cognitive load.
Alongside the UI improvements, we refined the upgrade flow to be more contextual and less disruptive. Clearer CTAs and smoother transitions helped create a more intuitive path from free to paid plans. The end result was a cleaner, more usable pricing experience that better supported user and business goals.

Browse Studies Page
I redesigned the Browse Studies page to make it easier for participants to discover and engage with research opportunities. The new layout improved how studies are filtered, searched, and displayed, allowing users to quickly find relevant sessions based on type, incentive, or requirements.
I refined the card design to emphasize key details like reward, availability, and urgency while simplifying navigation to drive sign-ups. The experience also introduced gating for select studies, ensuring higher-quality matches and smoother progression from browsing to participation.
