About Dialpad
Dialpad is an AI-powered communications platform used by global teams to manage calls, messages, and meetings in one place. I joined the Contact Center team to help evolve its omnichannel capabilities through intuitive design and seamless integration across platforms.
My Role
I currently work on the Integrations team, shaping how Dialpad connects with platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk, and Zoho. Previously, I spent 8 months on the Contact Center team, focusing on omnichannel workflows and agent tools powered by AI.
